Deleting Invoices from the “Select Invoices to Print” Window 

Are old invoices cluttering up your “Invoices to Print” list? Here’s how to clear them out and keep your workflow clean:


Step-by-Step Fix:

  1. Open the Invoices to Print Window
    Go to your Reminders list and find the “Invoices to Print” section.
  2. Double-click the Invoice
    For each invoice you want to remove, simply double-click the entry.
  3. Uncheck “To be Printed”
    On the invoice, locate the box in the lower-left corner that says “To be printed”. Uncheck it.
  4. Save and Close
    Click “Save and Close” to finalize the change.
