- Data corruption repair services

- Unlimited training services
- Technicians reserve the right to limit calls to simple software demonstrations and technical support-related issues.
- Data entry, bookkeeping, accounting, in-depth installation services, and training can be provided for an additional charge or purchased by the hour.

| QuickBooks and Sage 50 Peachtree Software Support and Tax Advice | $125 | $375 | $575 |
- Pay Per Call – Covers up to 15 minutes of support, additional time is billed at $5.00 per minute.
- 60 and 120 Minute Plans – Time spent on support call is deducted from the balance of minutes purchased in one minute increments. Minutes can be used for up to one year from date of purchase.
- The same rates apply to after hour and weekend calls, when technicians are available.
Support by Certified Technicians
Our U.S.-based, certified Peachtree and QuickBooks technicians ensure prompt and reliable service from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST. If immediate assistance isn’t available, rest assured that we’ll return your call promptly.
We support the following software versions:
- Peachtree: Versions 4.0 to 13.0 and Peachtree 2000-2012
- QuickBooks: Versions 1999-2012
Data File Corruption and Recovery
In the event of data corruption, our team will use Peachtree and QuickBooks data recovery tools to attempt repairs. While we charge for the time spent on recovery efforts, we cannot guarantee success. If internal tools are insufficient, we can recommend professional data recovery specialists at an additional cost.
Accounting & Data Entry Services
Please note that our unlimited technical support plans do not cover data entry, bookkeeping, tax advice, or in-depth training. For these services, we offer pay-per-minute/hour plans tailored to your needs.
QuickBooks & Peachtree Classes
We also offer monthly QuickBooks and Peachtree classes led by Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) who are certified trainers. These classes are available remotely or in person. Visit our website for dates and details.
