Billed at $3.00 per minute, with a minimum time charged of fifteen minutes/$45.

Basic Support Plan ($180):
Covers up to 60 minutes of telephone technical support.

Extended Support Plan ($300):
Covers up to 120 minutes of telephone technical support.

Unlimited Support Plan ($750):
Covers an unlimited number of calls placed within a year.

There is no "minimum time charged" if you have one of our Support Plans. There is an additional surcharge of $1/minute for calls placed after-hours (after 5pm CST) and on weekends. This applies to both pay-per-call and support plan calls.
